Return and Exchange Application Instructions

▍In order to protect the rights and interests of customers, it is recommended to make an appointment to see the physical products, ask the staff immediately if you have any questions, and confirm before ordering.

▍Online shopping enjoys a seven-day appreciation period (including holidays from the date of receipt). The appreciation period is not a trial period (please do not inflate or launch the boat, and do not try out the engine); if it exceeds seven days, returns and exchanges are not possible.

▍Please check the package as soon as possible after receiving it. During the appreciation period, only one free return/exchange service is provided for non-personal factors (except for the seller sending the wrong product/size or defects).

❶ Please record the entire process when unpacking.

❷ In the event of incorrect delivery, missing parts, defects, etc., the complete video file will be used as the basis. ( A complete video is only recorded starting from the unopened state of the box . The video must clearly capture the unopened state, the unpacking process, the product body, accessories, etc.)

❸ If you have any concerns, please contact customer service within seven days from the day of receipt (inclusive) and attach the complete video file, and we will handle it for you as soon as possible.

▍If the buyer returns the goods within seven days due to personal reasons, he or she will have to bear the return shipping costs. For exchanges, the buyer will have to bear the return costs.

Refund instructions

▍After applying for a return, a refund will be issued after the returned goods are received and verified to be correct:

❶ For those who place an order using a credit card, it will take 1-3 working days for the refund to be made online to the original credit card. The actual refund working day varies according to each bank.

❷ If you are using remittance, please provide the correct bank account number for refund when applying for return. The refund will be made within 5 working days.

Cases where returns cannot be made

❶ After receiving the product, the appreciation period has expired

❷ The product has signs of use or damage, is dirty and worn, has residual odor, has been exposed to water, has been inflated, etc. and is not in a brand-new condition.
